hi, I'm new in bodybuilding. i used to drink protein but i think it's too expensive. can i just eat egg whites? like some 8 ,9 eggs one day? is that enough? plus i'll eat chicken meat during lunch and dinner. not really big amount but it's like 1 or 2 dishes of the 3 dishes i eat together with rice is chicken. sometimes during weekend i'll take more chicken. is that sufficient?

hi, I'm now doing engineering course.going to grad soon. i've experience in many jobs . as part-timers and training all that. I'm now doing training in singapore. regardless of msia and singapore, MNC or small companies, i found there's one problem, generally when you're working- spending time in car or bus or public transport. is there any way we could avoid all this? i worked nearby bukit bintang before, it took me almost an hour to and fro the office. so one day, i wasted 2 hours in the car d
in singapore, you have public transport and all that, that means you dun have to drive , but you stil have to wait wait and wait.. is there any solution? besides staying nearby the office ? i mean there's any job for engineering or starting own business and all that in house?
it's the best if i could work from the house, where i wake up and i could start to work without wasting much time.. traffic jam is simply SUX..

i'm a local uni undergraduate and plan to work for shell oil and gas. but i heard that shell only recruit those who are first class into their related engineering field such as well engineer.is that true ?
