I&#39;ve made the complaint via hotline in May 2015 and they have promised me to call me back to explain how charges like this can be made blindly. <br /><br />I was referring to your Maxis forum which is now defunct and found that many others were charged blindly. <br /><br />I want explanations from Maxis: <br /><br />1. How could Maxis allow this company Megamobile continue charging their customers RM5 for nothing?<br />2. Maxis is fully aware about this and yet until today no explanation from Maxis as promised. What is your next step to protect your customers?<br />3. Why is Maxis asking their customers to deal with that company to get refund? Maxis should act on the behalf of their customers to get the refund.<br /><br />Today i received a call from Megamobile asking me for my account number as it was invalid thus they were not able to give me a refund. I gave them the account number and hopefully i get the refund soon. Megamobile promised refund by today.<br /><br />However my main concern is not about the refund.
