2 Dead 3 Injured After Lamborghini (rented) Crashes in Tunnel

Question about multiple harddisk

Hello,

I have two HDisk right now inside my PC. Most of my files I keep in D: and windows is in C:. If I were to change the C: drive to a new one and install vista on that, would I lose all my date inside D:?

I've been having problems with my PC lately. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes not. When it does happen, need to restart the PC for it to be normal again, sometimes that doesn't work though. Not sure when it started. For example when it happens youtube video would only play once the whole video have finished loading. The progress bar hardly move, but depending on what time the vid usually finished downloading, the movie will appear and start playing. Same thing if I'm downloading. It just doesn't show at all the progress, but after a while(depending on the size, speed etc), it will show I've downloaded it. Anyone knows what the problem? Don't think I change any setting, and it only recently appeared. The other stuff seems fine so far, other than those..
