The Court @ Central Residence Sungai Besi

Dear all,
I have purchased The Court @ central residence back in 2013.
My SPA agreement was signed on 30th August 2013.
I have recently received "Notice of delivery of vacant possession" letter from Yuk Tung Land Sdn Bhd.
The letter was dated 18-Jan-17 and the postal letter date was 31-Jan-17.
I am pretty sure Yuk Tung is trying to calculate LAD payment starting from 18-Jan-17 and this is going to be unfair for all the owners.
I will check with developer regarding this if that is the case, we as Court owners have to stay together and launch a complaint about this.

By the way, any of you guys have possessed VP so far?
Anything to share about the condo?
I will do mine in several days and hopefully Yuk Tung group will not let us down.
