Hi all,

I just got my loan offer letter from the bank. There is a clause stating:-

"In the event the difference between the OPR (Overnight Policy Rate) and the BLR (Base Lending Rate) declines to below 2% during the loan tenure, the Bank reserves the right to increase the prevailing interest rate to BLR + 0%."

Can anyone tell me what does this means?

Good location for own stay

Hi,

I am looking for a double storey for my own stay. budget around RM400k - 450k. had been looking around puchong, kinrara&bandar puteri, however, seems that the pricing is getting too ridiculous ... wondering if there is any other better location to stay? any suggestion?
