Problem details
First occurence of problem: i realized at the end of july until now
Problem frequency:
Problem description: i subsribed streamyx blockbuster deal 4mb but my speedtest is below 2mb, is it normal for 4mb package? also my internet connection always disconnect after 15/20 minutes especially at morning and late night. 2 week ago i report to TM, and after 2/3 times call they said the configuration of my package is wrong and they have fix it..after that anything is seem ok..i got speedtest around 3.5mb..but it is only for 2/3 days then the problem comes again..internet still disconnecting, my speedtest is low and my home phone have a noisy sound..can somebody help me or give me advice what must i do?

hye all.
as u can see at the title.
i have subscribed streamyx blockbuster deal 4mb and it cost me around RM140 per month.
but lately, starting from early of july, my speedtest for the internet just around 1.3mb-1.6mb..it is normal? for 4mb package?
because before this, my speedtest can score up to 3.5mb...
i have reported this thing to TM 5/6 times and they said they have fix it but until now the speedtest is still not same like before..
what should i do?
is it the cable outside of my house have a problem or my modem problem?
i hope someone can help me...
