The commissions for these transactions would be to the tune of millions of ringgit.<br /><br />What would be the best way to handle it? We are not registered as company yet as it is only on part-time basis. I was thinking of setting up a company to perform the transaction and receive the commissions instead of being paid to individuals. I would want to sell this idea to my partners. Could you guys give me some points in addition to below:<br /><br /><b>Advatanges</b><br />1. Setting up company will allow several expenses for tax deductions such as cars, entertainment allowances and etc.<br />2. Setting up company will allow us to have limited liability in case of things going wrong.<br />3.<br />4.<br /><br /><b>Disadvantages</b><br />1.
