Want to complaint about Lazyboy

Amir9 — Sun, 18 Dec 2011 22:51:00 +0800

Forumer you are complaining against: Lazyboy

Item being sold/bought: Motorola Xoom Case

Original thread link: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2016727&hl=

Date of transaction: 2 November 2011

Details of the complaint : I offer his item RM120 including postage to my address. Expecting the item will be ship via tracking postage as I clearly ask him the price including postage to my area. When he told me he already ship the item to me, I ask for a tracking number to track the item, but he said the item was posted using normal postage. Not to expect there will be trouble with the shipment, I just wait for it day to day, week to week.

Long story cut, I still not receive the item till this moment. I'm demanding a refund. I still have the completed PM conversation between me & Lazyboy regarding the deal.

I do believe that customer is always right. Thank you for your time reading.
