Guys, I have a situation here, my tenants they do not want to share the electricity by dividing the total cost. My unit is a two door unit, one to the studio and one to a typical condo unit with living room. Tenants from both side do not agree to share by headcounts. I wonder if it is possible to use those circuit breaker which has energy meter to replace the current circuit breaker.

From aliexpress I saw a few possible solution, but not sure if it will work (or safe)
(see my attachment for the db box connection of my studio).

1. 1P circuit breaker with energy monitoring... may need 5 of them

PlayStation will open a new development office in Malaysia in 2020.

It's the company's first Southeast Asian studio and will provide art and animation as part of Worldwide Studios's efforts to make exclusive games for PlayStation consoles. Worldwide Studios includes the likes of Guerrilla Games, Japan Studio, Insomniac, Media Molecule, Naughty Dog, Polyphony Digital, London Studio, Sucker Punch, and many more.

The news was announced by YB Tuan Gobind Singh Deo, the Minister of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia.

"With this establishment, Malaysia will be working closely with Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studios to create more opportunities for the local and regional games industry," said YB Gobind Singh Deo. "Together, we will work to uplift creative talents in Malaysia and even establish a partnership with our local educational partners. This is to ensure that accelerated growth of the industry in our country will be supported."

YB Datuk Darrel Leiking, Minister of International Trade and Industry Malaysia, added that this part of an effort from the country to attract "high quality investment from international companies.

There is one girl I really like and I have started to talk to her with texting. In her msg I can feel interest from her so I have asked her out, but she ignored my invitation.

One day during texting, she said im annoying some time and I think I might have replied something rude. and now she isn't replying my text. I think I have messed up my chance.

What I should I do? Is there anything I can do? I am not sure if she is testing or have disqualified me. I feel very bad now☹️

Condo facing direction

There is one condo unit which I am interested.
Could anyone help me take a look at tower 1D unit 7 of the below building plan and comment whether it will uncomfortable to live.
I was actually interested to know if the unit direction will be affected by the evening heat and become uncomfortable to live. Any idea?

Java apps problem

Hi guys, I was just starting to learn Java and been following a open source code to speed up my training. While messing with the Java code, I cant seem to get a image file to display on the panel. All i see is a window created but it is grey but my image file is a red color background. Could you guys help me out to see where is the problem?

My PC crashed when playing games

My PC always crashed when I played games. The screen went black and my speaker produce "teng teng teng teng..." sound. I was playing low spec games like league of legends or D3.
Any sifu can help me troubleshoot? My GC has the latest drivers ard but still cant solve it.
