Hi, since updating to macos high sierra i cant access my thumb drive. I tried another thumb drive and still same. Please help me fix it

Hi, I've got a problem with my iphone storage reading. If i refer to the setting from iphone, it states that i got around 3gb left but if i refer to itunes it states i got around 25gb left. So what is wrong with my iphone? is it going to rosak soon?
