Polis compound

Last week got a polis compound clipped on my windscreen. In the compound written type of offence was " LKM Tamat Tempoh". As I know there is an ongoing moratorium from JPJ for road tax and driving license until September 30th. Went to the police station to inquire, they said wrongly issued the type of offence and issued me a new one which states "abai isyarat lalulintas". What should I do?

Among the major changes to the Bankruptcy Act 1967 is substituting the term "bankruptcy" in all proceedings to "insolvency", automatically releasing bankrupts after three years, and that social guarantors cannot be declared bankrupt."

Means now I can get a loan, park my money out of the country and wait 3 years become a free man? confused.gif

Hmm tmr is public holiday for perakian.. so m asking need to pay those employee double pay if i ask them to work or ask them to go holiday without pay? if i have provided 10 days of paid holidays to them in the calender year?
