PC can't boot/wake when USB devices connected

Suddenly ran into this strange problem on my 3.5 year old PC.

I can't boot or wake the PC from Sleep if my USB mouse, keyboard, controller dock are plugged in. The case fan doesn't spin, GPU RGB lights up, motherboard LED shows orange light or doesn't even light up.

If I unplug them, I can boot.

After booting, I can plug the USB devices in and they work fine, the PC works.

I brought it to a PC shop and they couldn't identify the problem.

The motherboard is quite new, I changed it in Sept 2023, it is less than a year old.

Any idea on what could be the problem?

In the last month I've been spending quite a lot of time looking at online stores that sell PC rigs

So far I've found, in no particular order

Ideal tech

EIT (Shopee/Lazada)

Any others that you guys know of? Would like to look around more.
Currently leaning towards Viewnet or C-Zone because of price and component availability.

I went to the local stores in JB, but many of the shops only carry a very limited selection of components. There was a two-shoplot store that looked promising, but the prices were higher (Ryzen 5 3600 at 950, other shops nearby 859) and the staff was rude, so I left quickly.

The RTX 3060 TI will be released on Dec 2, about one week away.

The rumoured US MSRP is 399 USD which is about RM 1630. The global MSRP will be 450 USD, which is about RM 1840.

What do you think the Malaysia retail price will be?

If it's not above 2k I feel like getting it for a new rig, then I can forget about upgrading for 7~ years.

3060 non-TI is supposed to be slated for a January 2021 release, but I don't want to wait that long....If I wait the parts I want may go out of stock in the meantime.

My current PC is about 8+ yrs old, some of the hardware is starting to show some problems. Would like some recommendations please.

I game quite a bit, but mostly just DOTA2 and sometimes Path of Exile. I don't play the latest games, nor anything really graphic intensive.
Looking to buy within about 3 months, end of 2020. Though I probably can hold out for 6 months until March 2021.

Budget is about 3k+ total for:
OS: I don't like Windows 10 but I think there's no alternative? I'm using Win 7 at the moment
Motherboard
CPU : What's the main difference between Intel/AMD?
RAM : min 16GB
Graphics Card : Preferably min 6GB. Will entry level and mid-range graphics card drop in price within the next few months?
SSD : Preferably 1TB
Hard Disk (should I get one for storing movies, torrents etc.?)

Casing

Identifying a pair of headphones

Hi, I need help identifying a pair of headphones I saw.

It looked like it *might* be Beats but can't be sure as I was standing far away and can't see the logo on the ear muffs clearly.

Top headband is bright orange and non-adjustable.

The ear muffs are silver with some light blue at the sides. The ear muffs are connected to the headband by protruding black parts, which should be how ear muffs are adjusted to fit the head.

It is wired and the headband does not have any wording/logo on it.

Looked online but couldn't find anything like it.

Marjoram and Sumac

I'm looking for powdered/ground Marjoram and Sumac.

Can't find them anywhere! I tried to use Google Translate to find their Malay and Tamil names to ask in the shops, but couldn't get a translation.

Supermarkets have marjoram, but usually as part of a mixture of spices in a bottle (i.e. McCormick, less than 1/3 of the mix. Haven't seen sumac at all.

Anyone know where to get them?

Inline Skates in Johor Bahru

Anyone in JB know of a store here that specialises in selling inline skates? Some places like RSH, Sportsdirect, etc. have them, but usually very limited range, only a couple of models to choose from and some are junior models.

Looked at lowyat sellers and Singapore stores, mostly are in the RM 700 and above range. Not looking to spend that much, is a RM300+ budget possible for a decent pair of inline skates?

Need help identifying a brand of shoes

Today I saw someone wearing a pair of nice shoes, but couldn't identify the brand. The logo on the side was a capital "N" followed by a lowercase "s", "Ns". 3 Velcro straps iirc. Grey in colour, material looks like suede. Design looked like a cross between formal and skater shoes. Was not high top.

Unfortunately couldn't ask or take a longer look, the guy bought his cigarettes and walked away.

Anyone can help in identifying this brand?
