Legal Question Regarding Licensing

Hi all,
I have some question need to ask regarding license application.

I have one friend request me to borrow my degree license for their company to apply a license with government.
The license is to allow their company to taking government project.

So for here, I have some question below,

1) I am not their employee, so if I borrow them my certificate to apply for license, will it affect to myself? (E.g. Tax or others)
2) He mention I did not need to have signature in the application form of license. It is true?
3) If the company have any problem, will it affect to me? As I am not an employee or any PIC of the company.

Please advise.

May I know the list of all talent corp companies? I cant manage to find in their webpage.

Also if someone have been bond with JPA to working with a private company for 4 years, may I know did he/she must not change job in this 4 years regardless on how other company (listed in talent corp) can offer more better position and salary for the candidate? I believe there should have the way right ?

Hi all, would like to ask. I am so careless did not notice there are a very big stone beside the road, then when turn out my car door get crash with the stone. Now the car door totally cannot be open. May I know am I able to claim the repairing cost under my own insurance by this case? If can what should I do? Go report to police about I hitting a stone and pay for RM300 penalty to get police report to claim the insurance?

Did there any IT expert here can tell me is that possible to deny "DOMAIN ADMINISTRATOR" to login into a domain server?
The problem is I have a few server(all joining in a domain) and one of the server is saving sensitivities data which I do
not want to let DOMAIN ADMINISTRATOR to login. is that possible to do so? As domain administrator can be say the boss in
the domain network.

Please let me know if you got any soluton for this.

How to become a Network Engineer for freshie

Hi All;

As topic, I would really like to know how actually a fresh graduate from university go into this fields? Because for what nowadays those computer networking job opening at jobstreet, jobsdb or any other job website, all of them is finding experience dude with hand on experience for like 2 to 3 years working in the relate network fields(like configuration cisco router switch) and for entry level network engineer position all offer is like call centre job(in KL/SG), which for what I think is mean working remotely connect to end users to troubleshooting if necessary but most of the time is just solving problem on call.

So for now I seriously confusing, is that if a freshie want to work in this fields, is that most them must start working in call centre? Or what career can a fresh grad in IT networking working in to gain knowledge and skill to go inside to networking fields one day? Is working as an desktop engineer or maybe system engineer will help them to build up the skill (but for what I know is normally desktop/system eng is doing basic formatting, installing, maintaining and the most is doing server monitoring and less of them is seriously doing configuration on network device)?

Please give so advice if you know anyway to build up career in this fields, your reply is very appreciated!! TQ

I was just told that streamyx already dun have offer rm66(512kb/s) packet. Is that real or a fake news?

Now they only offer rm110 (1mb/s) and another rm68+30 (30 for netbook, 68 for streamyx)?

Work in call centre

Hi all;

I am a fresh graduate in the fields computer system and networking, my aim is to become a network or network security engineer, and I some how very wish I can get a job which able me to touch the actual hardware (server, switch, router) but not only work in call centre for monitoring and receiving call for support. But the problem now is a job agent from sg call me up and offering me a position in a call centre for supporting other religious such like taiwan, hong kong or other asian country. What I tell the agent is to give me so time to decide before process my resume to the client company.

Can anyone give me some idea on how is the working environment in call centre (only like what I think receiving call? can I have the chance on touching hardware?) and how much actually I can expect for my salary as for what I think call centre isn't pay that high.

I hope there will be some one in network fields and work in call centre before from any of IT support company can give me some idea about this.

I have already graduate for around 4 months and just started to search job around 1 month. I would like to ask did melaka have any small company or medium company which will have IT dept? Any brothers or sisters is from melaka and work in IT fields? I am a Networking and computer system degree holder, because of low cgpa (around 2.6 cwa 61.9/ 100) so I would now like to find some medium or even small company for work. Although I had be finish 2 interview by those medium MNC in melaka but until now still dun have any reply. Anyone can please give me some information of company name which I can apply for IT position? Beside those big mnc like Infineon, big company like TM.

I would like to know what should I know for applying a job for entry level(Fresh Graduate without any working experience) network engineer, system engineer and all those position about computer networking. For what I saw from almost all vacancy in this field basically the requirements is good understanding of TCP/IP.

First I would like to ask, if the company didn't post up any of vacancy notice, may I know can I try to send my resume in to this kind of company to applying any position that I like to their HR dept? Or this is not good to doing like this?

Second. If the company did post some news for hiring people and they need only those guy with experience, so as a fresh graduate like me, I would like to know may I try to send my resume to them to applying the position? or ask them to give me any position relate to the fields?

I would like to know did melaka company have IT dept? I am a fresh graduate in the fields computer system and networking, and I am welling to work in melaka, but the problem is, it seem like melaka does not have any company have IT dept. I go to their web side career link, normally they dun have any IT job hiring people. Or i can just dun care the company got or didn't have IT dept and just send my resume into their company and wait? Prefer can found network engineer or any job that doing configuration in routing, switching.
