Hi,

How to I put in Javascript feature inside my update panel in VB.NET?
For example, I want to getIDElement and put on to onBlur feature Javascript from the textbox which is in the update panel.
Maybe I explain in code way would be better:

<updatepanel>
<asp:textbox id="a" onBlur="doWaterMark(this)"/>
</updatepanel>

<script language="text/javascript">
function doWaterMark() {
var obj = document.getElementByID("a") // keep hit error where obj is null reference.
}
</script>

How do I get the ID and do something on my Javascript?
Any advice?

How to test your VB code performance whether your algorithm took long time to process your app or not?
Besides, how to check my memory usage as well?

Recently, I have taken a Microsoft course called 2310C: Developing Web App Using MS VS 2008.
I just want to ask that whether this course consider professional certificate or not? If you go for interview, is this certificate will help you to increase your paid? Any opinions? Thanks a lot

Foot pain after standing too long

My foot is pain especially the ball of the foot when I go shopping with girlfriend.
I have stand and walk for long hour( ~ 4 hour).
When I back home, my foot started to pain.
Isn't my weight is heavy that make my foot pain?
When I was young, I stand for 10 hour also feel nothing.

Have anyone know how to improve our foot strength?
Or Isn't my foot is not support my weight? (about 70kg)
