Job Security vs Age vs Work vs Salary (JAWS)

I reached early 30s now and been working in the same company for more than 6 years+. Over all the years, my friends and colleagues left by the truck-load and now we're a shell of the previous team padded with non-local contract workers.

I felt there are/were a few mistakes I made during the whole period:
1. getting too comfy with the job
2. thinking better things can happen, when the opposite happened (workload, office environment etc)
3. salary gradual increment (minor) and the yearly bonus (sth to look forward to) - about market average
4. work satisfaction/happiness reduced tremendously
5. stayed too long
6. too many bosses

I attended interviews and the offers are lacking due to the current salary I'm pulling (they can't offer more). I know I should be grateful to have a job right now.

Anyone else in similar situation as mine? What are you doing about it or what did you do about it?

Thanks for sharing
