Over all the years, my friends and colleagues left by the truck-load and now we&#39;re a shell of the previous team padded with non-local contract workers.<br /><br />I felt there are/were a few mistakes I made during the whole period:<br />1. getting too comfy with the job<br />2. thinking better things can happen, when the opposite happened (workload, office environment etc)<br />3. salary gradual increment (minor) and the yearly bonus (sth to look forward to) - about market average<br />4. work satisfaction/happiness reduced tremendously<br />5. stayed too long<br />6. too many bosses<br /><br />I attended interviews and the offers are lacking due to the current salary I&#39;m pulling (they can&#39;t offer more). I know I should be grateful to have a job right now.<br /><br />Anyone else in similar situation as mine?
