hi guys,

im now being head hunted for a managerial position in J&J. should be going for the interview next wk. but coming frm a very reputable food company which im working with now, am i making a mistake to choose J&J?
maybe any of you gys had any experience in J&J? need good advice here... hows the working life? factory la.. the environment? politics? the people?
