hi anyone can recommend me where to fix and upgrade cpu that nearby subang jaya area

I have 2 cpu

1 of the cpu motherboard or power supply got problem recently when switch on cpu can hear fans moving but keep switching off and on. need to install additional RAM too.

Another CPU is really old spec just need to upgrade to play dota2 on high quality or witcher3 normal-high quality is more than enough.

my budget not more than rm2000 pick up/deliver in subang jaya area.
