Details of the complaint :

I have put up a post in Games thread [WTB] PS4, Console, games & accessories around 7pm on 28 Nov 2013 & been approached by this scammer via PM around 10pm on same day & offered items as above for RM1850 include postage free Vertical stand (because I stay in Pahang & he is in Penang). So I have negoed with him for RM1800 include postage.

So he give me his girlfriend bank acc no below:

Public Bank: 6801495919 TEO SU YONG
I/C no: 920713-01-5950
Address: No 4, Jalan Limau 10, Taman Bintang, 86400 Parit Raja, Johor.

But because there's no Public bank deposit machine in my place & I dont hv any bank that registred online, so I promise him to bank in the money next day Morning. So he give his very close friend no below:

On 30 Nov, due to deposit machine in my place out of service, I seek my friend's help who luckily (rather unfortunately) have CIMBCLICKS. So I ask my friend to transfer to his acc no below:

My friend helped me to transferred RM1800 to his Maybank acc around 4.20pm. After transferred my friend have to go back home as his working time finished at 4.30pm

After that, he keep saying he dont receive the payment! WTF!

Until now, he dont give me anything & cannot call his close friend!

@Rainman_ please explain yourself!

I want to get some opinion. I bought netbook with a pre-installed microsoft office 2007 which now expired. If I buy microsoft office 2010, can i just activate the key of mo2010 to mo2007? Or i need to install it again to my netbook which don't have a disc drive. can i download mo2010 from ms webiste & use the key to activate it?

please help!
