Is there any way or software to block interest browsing using IE, firefox, etc or P2P, IRC on individual pCs in an office enviroment without blocking email and antivirus updating?

[WTF] Twinhead D212A windows restore cd

I am looking for a copy of twinhead d212A windows restore cd. My harddisk recently died but i was unable to find my windows restore cd. I tried downloading some driver from twinhead website and reinstall windows but the powersaving features for AMD were unable to install. Battery drained in around 1 hours. Used to be 2 hrs+ before harddisk failed.

Any good samaritan out there who can help and send me a copy of the original restore cd.

Or would appreciate too if anyone can teach me how to install the power saving features.
