Assalamualaikum & Salam sejahtera. Pada ketika dan saat ini saya menulis untuk menjelaskan keadaan yang sebenar sebab dari pagi tidak henti orang hubungi saya termasuk beratus whatapp masuk.

Pertama sekali, saya mahu perkenalkan diri. Saya Ahmad Safiuddin, Bapa kepada Ainul Mardhiah yang kuat.

Sebelum saya teruskan, saya mahu mohon maaf jika ada panggilan yang tidak dapat saya jawab dan whatsapp yang saya tidak respon. Kuasa viral hari ini betul-betul membuatkan telephone saya tidak berhenti berbunyi.

Saya akan ceritakan kisah Ainul dan apa yang Ainul telah lalui selama 8 bulan. Sebelum itu, sedekahkan Al fatihah buat jiwanya supaya dia terus bersemangat untuk melawan segala penyakitnya.

Ainul Mardhiah nama diberi, secantik orangnya, sekuat-kuat manusia. Ainul lahir pada 13 Ogos 2018, Hari isnin, 3:15ptg di GH Melaka. Ainul lahir tidak cukup bulan, Dia pramatang. Lahir melihat dunia ketika usia kandungan isteri 31 minggu.

Pada saat disedang dikeluarkan, Doktor dan kami baru tahu bahawa ada ketumbuhan yang terkeluar dari mulutnya. Ainul terus dimasukkan kedalam wad kecemasan. Doktor memberitahu keadaan Ainul terlalu kritikal. Dia ada dua masalah iaitu; Pramatang & Ketumbuhan.

Beberapa minit selepas ainul keluar dari perut, doktor mengatakan nadi dia berhenti. Tapi alhamdulillah, dengan ilmu dan kesungguhan doktor, Ainul berjaya diselamatkan dengan cara bypass pernafasan. Doktor beritahu, dia tidak dapat bernafas kerana ketumbuhan itu telah menutupi mulut dan hidungnya.

Selesai bab itu.

Pada usianya 9 hari, Ainul telah di transfer ke Pediatrik HKL, Hari Khamis, 23.8.2018 menaiki ambulan. Sesampai sahaka Ainul di sana, Doktor Pakar Bedah menemui saya dan memaklumkan yg Ainul perlu segera dibedah dan pembedahan itu akan dilakukan esok pagi ( Hari jumaat ).

Seusia 10 hari, dengan berat badan 1.3kg, Ainul telah masuk dewan bedah. Kuatnya Ainul!
.

Alhamdulillah, syukur saya ucapkan dan saya sangat menghargai usaha Dr Pakar Bedah tersebut dengan izinNya ketumbuhan itu telah berjaya dibuang.

Saya fikirkan ianya terhenti disitu, tetapi apabila ainul selesai dari pembedahan, Doktor Pakar Bedah memaklumkan bahawa ada dua berita iaitu berita baik dan berita yang kurang baik.
.

Berita baiknya, Ketumbuhan itu telah berjaya dikeluarkan tanpa tinggal sesisa pun. Berita tidak baiknya, Ainul didapati tidak memiliki lelangit ( Cleft Palate ). Doktor beritahu, operation untuk lelangit kena tunggu Ainul besar sikit, atau erti kata lain kena tunggu berat badan dia naik sebab tidak mungkin Ainul sekecil itu akan bertahan jika buat dalam masa terdekat.

Saya pendekkan cerita, selesai sahaja urusan rawatan Ainul di HKL, Ainul di pindahkan semula ke melaka.

Ujian Allah buat saya sekeluarga apabila ketumbuhan keluar lagi kali kedua sebulan selepas dia operation.

Allah sahaja tahu apa perasaan kami ketika itu. Kami yang sedang bergembira mahu menyambut ainul pulang ke rumah selama 3 bulan dia di hospital, akhirnya dapat berita seperti itu. Hanya Air mata sahaja menjadi perbualan saya dan isteri ketika mulut sudah tidak mampu berkata apa-apa.

Saya rasa ketika itu saya jatuh ke dalam gaung dan dihempap lagi dengam batu!

Selepas terima berita itu, Ainul perlu jalani rawatan chemotherapy sebab Doktor kata ianya adalah Kanser.

Dengan usia Ainul 4 bulan, berat badannya 2.2kg, Ainul akan terima rawatan chemotherapy. Doktor maklumkan bahawa ainul adalah baby pertama yg chemo dengan berat badan sebegitu.
.

Saya akur walaupun saya takut! Tapi pada mulanya saya tidak bersetuju kerana saya tidak yakin Ainul boleh bertahan dengan organ organnya yang masih kecil! Tapi apakan daya, saya tiada pilihan. Saya beri Ainul peluang untuk terima rawatan chemo tu.

Doktor sudah menetapkan ainul akan jalani 6 sesi chemotherapy. Tapi saya hanya buat dua kali. Kerana, saya tidak sanggup tengok anak kecil saya itu menderita akibat kesan chemotherapy.
.

Tapi Ainul sangat kuat, dia berjaya jalani dua kali sesi dengan jayanya.
.

Dan, Allah swt masih tidak mengizinkan Ainul sembuh apabila ubat chemo pun tidak berkesan buatnya. Doktor sarankan untuk tukar ubat lain, dan ubat itu adalah ubat terakhir yang boleh doktor cuba, jika tidak berhasil, maka TIADA LAGI RAWATAN DI HOSPITAL BUAT ANAK SYURGA SAYA.

Saya minta maaf kepada Ainul sebab saya dan isteri tidak sanggup ambil risiko itu dan kami membuat keputusan itu tidak teruskan chemoteraphy yang ketiga merangkap ubat yang last doktor boleh usahakan.

Ainul tidak boleh dioperate kerana lokasi ketumbuhan itu adalah tempat yang banyak salur darah dan saraf. Dalam CT scan, report mengatakan ketumbuhannya telah berada di belakang tengkorak hidung dan mata.

Jadi, tujuan saya menulis ini untuk anda tahu bahawa Ainul insan terpilih yang Allah kirimkan kepada saya dan isteri, Dia Ainul Mardhiah kami yang kuat dan cekal!

Actor Robert De Niro recently revived the anti-vaccine conspiracy, suggesting that people should see the movie Vaxxer, an anti-vaccination documentary that was eventually pulled from the Tribeca Film Festival.

"I, as a parent with a child who has autism, am concerned," De Niro said on NBC's "Today Show" Wednesday. "I want to know the truth, and I'm not anti-vaccine, I want safe vaccine"

The problem is that vaccines are already safe, and for De Niro to have suggested otherwise simply flies in the face of solid science and research. Here are seven reasons why anti-vaxxers are moronic.

1. The research is solid: vaccines are safe. A review of over 20,000 scientific titles and over 67 papers on vaccine safety concluded that vaccines are in fact safe, according to CNN. The research suggests that any side effects in vaccines "are incredibly rare" and there was no established link between vaccines and leukemia. According to WebMD, researchers have to prove to the Federal Drug Administration that their vaccines are safe in order to be approved. Health officials also monitor vaccines so that if there are any signs of danger in a vaccine, the officials "might change the vaccine’s label, send out safety alerts, or revoke a vaccine’s license."

Fiona Godlee, editor-in-chief of BMJ, a British medical journal, told CNN that the study was "a deliberate attempt to create an impression that there was a link by falsifying the data." BMJ concluded that Wakefield "misrepresented or altered the medical histories of all 12 of the patients whose cases formed the basis of the 1998 study."

The Centers for Disease Control conducted a study in 2013 that examined the levels of antigens, which the CDC defines as "substances in vaccines that cause the body’s immune system to produce disease-fighting antibodies," and found no disparity in the antigen levels in children with autism and those without autism in the first two years of their lives.

The CDC has also conducted and funded nine studies since 2003 and concluded that there was no causal relationship between thimerosa, "a mercury-based preservative used to prevent contamination of multidose vials of vaccines," and autism. There is zero evidence to support anti-vaxxers' assertions that there may be a link between vaccines and autism.

4. Vaccines have eradicated or nearly eradicated numerous diseases in the U.S. Here is a list of the diseases that have drastically decreased in the country, via Forbes:

Diphtheria
H. influenza, which is "bacteria that can cause deadly meningitis."
Hepatitis A
Hepatitis B
Measles
Mumps
Pertussis
Pneumoccal Disease (which can result in pneumonia).
Polio
Rubella
Congenital Rubella
Smallpox
Tetanus
Varicella

5. The anti-vaxxer movement has resulted in the following diseases making a comeback. According to Time magazine, the fact that certain kids weren't getting vaccinated resulted in outbreaks of measles, mumps, whooping cough and the chicken pox throughout the country. Spreading falsehoods and propaganda has consequences.

6. There can be side effects of vaccines, but nothing deadly. Most side effects are benign, such as swelling or a mild fever. Any side effects that are more severe, such as "a severe allergic reaction, seizures, hearing loss, or severe pain" are unlikely to the point where researchers aren't convinced they are related to vaccines, according to WebMD.

7. Most anti-vaxxers are leftists. Enough said.

A shocking video of a group of migrant men attacking two pensioners who allegedly stopped them from groping a young woman on the subway in Munich has sparked a police hunt.

The footage shows the gang of around five men - who appear to be of 'Arab' origin - roughly seizing one elderly man by the arms as they shout abuse at him.

The second elderly victim can be seen grappling with one of the gang, before he is held up by the neck and threatened.

Detectives in Germany have today launched a hunt for the gang, and are appealing for witnesses to come forward in the criminal investigation.
Munich man Tom Roth uploaded the disgraceful video to his Facebook page. He caught the footage while travelling from Sendlinger Tor station to the Metro's city centre terminal. He said the fight broke out after one of the asylum seekers was rejected by a woman who he had placed his hand upon on the train

'He said something to her and asked: "Why will you not answer me in German?"

'She responded: "Because you asked me in English". I think he had his hand on her back. She turned away and looked in my direction.

'As the train continued, the asylum seeker struck the glass window full force. I guess he was angry the woman rejected him. Several gentlemen shouted at him to stop.

'One of these men, in the four seats beside me, was then touched on the head by one of the asylum seekers wearing a brown jacket. He stroked his bald head, to mock him. It was such disrespectful behaviour, the likes of which I have rarely seen before.

'The gentleman stood up right away. The asylum seeker then turned, approached the man and grabbed him by the neck. Everyone immediately became involved, with many trying to get in between the pair.

Malaysia needs to braced for a hit to growth

When the U.S. Federal Reserve last week opted against its first rate hike in nine years, governments around Asia breathed a sigh of relief. But that relief could be short lived.

While the region's biggest economy, China, can likely withstand any negative flow through whenever the Fed does eventually move, others, like Malaysia are braced for a hit to growth.

That's because a U.S. rate hike could accelerate declines in developing Asian currencies and in the process raise funding costs for firms and consumers, constraining demand and disrupting growth, according to HSBC Holdings Plc. The relationship is particularly dangerous in economies where consumption and investment is driven by debt and may be exacerbated when U.S. dollar interest rates begin to rise, it said.

Take Malaysia, where credit to the non-financial private sector as a share of gross domestic product rose to 135 percent in the first quarter from 115 percent in the same period in 2009, data from the Bank for International Settlements show. The ratio is even higher in China, where it rose to 198 percent from 130 percent.

China's ``exchange rate adjustment in August, and resulting capital outflows, may have temporarily tightened financial conditions in the country,'' said Frederic Neumann, co-head of Asia Economics Research at HSBC. ``However, PBOC easing helped to blunt this effect and reinforced capital controls should ensure that there’s only a tenuous link between currency moves and funding conditions on the mainland.''

Yet, the People's Bank of China has cut interest rates five times since November and lowered the proportion of deposits banks have to set aside as reserves in a bid to boost lending and avert a further slowdown.

The yuan has fallen about 2.6 percent against the U.S. dollar this year, compared with Malaysia's ringgit, which has dropped more than 18 percent against the greenback, the biggest loser among the 11 most-traded Asian currencies tracked by Bloomberg.

Malaysia's economy expanded the least in almost two years in the three months through June. Private consumption is expected to moderate as households continue to adjust to the implementation of a new consumption tax and the more uncertain economic environment, the central bank said in a Sept. 15 statement.

``Malaysia is among the most vulnerable given that it has seen among the biggest moves in the currency and it has a high debt-to-GDP ratio,'' said Neumann. ``That would make Malaysia likely to suffer a tightening of financial conditions which could impact growth over time.''

With Fed officials arguing an interest-rate increase is still warranted this year, emerging Asia's recovery may be a ways off.
