Good budget tv for console/pc

Hello guys.
Need a recommendation to replace my 7yo tv. Sharp aquos 22"
The display has gotten bad (light bleed, faded blacks)
My current MCO setup as per image as i'm doubling it as my 2nd monitor for work pc.
I don't game on this pc and this setup enable me to switch the source (VGA / HDMI) with the remote.
I'm using ps4 pro so it would be great to have HDR too.
I already have have 43" mi tv but that's making me nauseated .

Kindly recommend a good 24ish screen within 500 budget that can fit in my needs.

Hello guys. Need some advise if you have faced similar situation.
Currently I'm staying in Main Place Residence in usj.
The unit beneath me faced a leaks from the bathroom.
The works needs to be done from my unit and this will make my bathroom can't be used for a week.
They have prepared a different floor for my family use. But imagine going to different floors in the morning preparing the kid is very inconvenient. And I'm working from home now, so this will surely affects as well.
No compensation offered and they told me i need to pay the compensation if i refused. Is this true? Anyone familiar with housing law can confirm?

previously, our place doesn't have internet so, we felt this is the best plans.

The story is I'm planning to apply Time Broadband for my house in usj. Later the salesman says need 2 weeks to install. I asks why so long? Last time unifi just 2-3 day kawtim install. He says check if got CTOS or CCRIS. Got sangkut, application rejected.

Anyone can confirm?

Hello gais, i just moved to Main place usj and the kitchen got no place for tong gas. and i only use with my wife and baby son.
been looking for a good induction cooker and a non stick pan (cooking oil is expensive) to serve us. i google and browse in Lazada but there a so much that i dunno what to choose. budget wise lower than 200 for the cooker.

so, best way is to check on who got actually use for comparing. please state the brand and model, and the gooding and the bad part too. all help is very2 appreciated.

Hi guys. Need to ask a bit. Sometimes, i see shops name in the signboard like "zoom tyres " but there's a little company names states " dimiliki oleh zoom sport " like dat.
My question is, which need to register with SSM? How can put shop name different from business registered name?

Hi kupitards. i want to ask for input. pls don't troll me so hard. k.
i had an accidents dec last year with a car. i was riding a bike that time. resulting in permanent damage to my left pinky.
the case result from police also says it's their fault.
at first i want to claim an injury from their insurance. recently he says insurance already died that time.
can i asks them for compensation instead? if can how much?

Hi guys, need some opinions or info regarding this. Input from anyone who is familiar with legal or insurance would be great. Other helpful info is also appreciated.

I'm pretty bad at explaining stuff, please bear with me. i'll try to be as simple as possible.

On 16/12 last year, i had an accident with a car. i was riding a motorcycle. (on MEX KL-Putrajaya highway)
I was hospitalized with a crushed left pinky. I've made a police report once i discharged. (MC till 9/3/2015)
The driver made the report a few days after that. It was her fiance's car.
The investigations result says the car was at fault and was summoned.
I planned to claim the car insurance to repair my bike and make an injury claim too.
I've asked the policy details but the owner been silent. Until he told me last week that the car insurance coverage ends before the accidents.
Now i want to try claim my own insurance but scared it might gets rejected for being too late?
Can i asked a settlement from them (car owner & driver)?
Or i can get a legal way to claim from them?
The accident caused my left pinky to lose a joint and now i can't bend in in 3 places like normally, just 2.
How much can it be worth?
