Xamarin offline installation

I'm trying to install Xamarin to give it a try, but the installation size is 26 GB in size, and needs to be downloaded using the application launcher. As I intend to install it on 3 PCs/laptops, it is just not feasbile to install it online, as my broadband connection isn't reliable enough.

There is an offline installation version, where you can download the installation files, and then install it on each PC offline. Does anyone have that installation set?

Maxis subscribers can't call me. Any suggestions?

I was a Hotlink prepaid subscriber, and recently changed to Digi prepaid under MNP, so my number is still 012.... Everything went well for a week or so, until yesterday, when Maxis subscribers can no longer call me. Upon calling me, they immediately get the message that the number is no longer in service. I can call them back, no problems.

Also, fixed line, Digi and Celcom subscribers can still reach me.

Is this Maxis's way of getting back at me for switching? Any suggestions on what to do next? I've already called Digi helpline and they've logged a report. Calling Maxis helpline was hopeless.
