Hi all, I bought a condo at my place. A subsale condo n it's my first time. Well, first I paid my deposit of 3% and apply for bank loan. Secondly, bank loan approve n I signed the offer letter.

Right now, I don't know what should I do. I do picked a lawyer from the bank who offers me the loan but I m still unsure of the legal fees they are charging. The lawyer did say I need to pay for my snp cos it's not provided by the bank loan.

My questions are:
1. What is the step after snp n so on?
2. How much for legal fees, stamping fees n snp fees for a 125k condo?
3. How long to process snp, land title for a leasehold title?
4. Which part is the most "mafan" that cn kena this penalty that penalty?

I am planning to buy a property. But with no knowledge and experience, i doubt i can get a property which I will satisfy.
I am interested to get a condo. Lets say the price of it is 320k. What bank should I choose? With lower interest?
Can i loan up to 40years and how they calculate the interest of the loan?

Eg, lets say i get a condo for 320k with x interest and take the loan up to 40 years, how much i need to pay per month?

Really need some advice and thanks in advance =]

p/s= i m earning up to rm2.5k monthly only. m i applicable for the loan?
