Guarantor Problem

So he request User C to be guarantor , But when User C buying car last time , User B be the guarantor for User C ,

So now User A need User C to be guarantor , is it able ?

User C over 21 yrs, monthly income more than 3k . but when he buy car he need guarantor . cause commiment high.

so now User C can be User A guarantor ?
