Network connection always down

Hi, I'm using 3Com officeconnect VPN firewall as a gateway to connect to the Internet. However, I noticed the connection from my PC to the gateway always down.

I was able to ping the gateway , but not able to access the web admin page. My configuration as below:

1) Using static IP
2) Gateway ip is 192.168.10.10 and my PC is 192.168.10.11
3) Using Lucent Modem and streamyx service.
4) Firewall on the gateway is enable
5) Using One to Many NAT
6) Dynamic Routing and Static Routing set by default.

The only idiot solution that I able to do is reboot the gateway manually. Although this temporary solve the problem, but it is very unstable and will down again on next few hours.

Have any one face similar problem?
