hello..i am planning to buy a commercial shop house for rm700000.but after i checked from the website of major banks and found out that most bank provide base lending rate(blr)of 6.6%.does it mean that it is our yearly interest charged??if it is i think it is a little bit too much because i will got to pay around rm 562,473 compound interest says 20 years which is tooooo much.so do anybody know what is the reasonable percentage of interest???and what is blr by the way???
