1. How much is it to build a platform/floor to cover up the space below? Im thinking of doing away with this high ceiling space and turn it into a reading room/play area at level 2.
2. Usually how much is it the cost to hack a wall say of a bedroom in condo? Thinking of combining two bedroom into one.

Hi, im thinking to purchase an unfurnished penthouse unit at ampang putra residency for owner occupancy. I will stay and hold this unit for at least 5-7 years at minimum. There are not much review or discussion about this development hence im posting here to seek sifu/guru feedback.

There are three unfurnished unit available with similar layout and build area (2400 sqft) but with different views and pricing:
1. Klcc & genting view at rm1 million (nego)
2. Ampang view at rm 860k - rm920k. There are two units available

Developer's launch price was max at rm795k. Property was completed in sept 2010.

My questions:
1. How's your views/comments about this property? Good to buy?
2. Is klcc view worth the extra rm100k different in pricing? Will it fetch much more value in the future 5-7 years fr now? What's the experience with other property offering klcc view?
3. Currently there are few furnished available owned by korean and selling at min rm1.2 million upwards to rm1.4m. Is this furnished unit a better buy? For unfurnished unit im thinking of spending rm150k+ in renovation&fittings.
4. For the same budget i could purchase terrace house at ampang saujana, is that better value? I dont really need landed prop now.
