The YouTube video in this blog was embeded without Title/YouTube Logo/Watch on YouTube or whatever, makes you totally no way to find the origin of the video. How to embed a video like this and is it against ToS?

UPDATED 6/5/13: WMG (Warner Music Group) has started to claim Gwiyomi content ID since few days ago. The actual Gwiyomi song is under Danal Entertainment (South Korea) http://www.dal.co.kr/album/album.dal?am_aid=153306, so is it possible that WMG has been given publishing rights? I have search through WMG websites and there are no Gwiyomi result at all. I am thinking to dispute if it was false claim, please advice since they are quite a big company.

Previously(Solved): Gwiyomi/Kiyomi Audio was recorded in South Korea but the Content ID claimed by Malaysia Company. How to dispute against it?

Is it possible to win a dispute for Content ID claimed on YouTube and get back the monetization? Recently I made a compilation video and it got content ID claimed by third party, the views are not too bad (70k views in 5-6 days). The audio/video was not removed, but there is no more monetization to it.

There are several options in Dispute:
- I own the CD / DVD or bought the song online.
- I'm not selling the video or making any money from it.
- I gave credit in the video.
- The video is my original content and I own all of the rights to it.
- I have a license or written permission from the proper rights holder to use this material.
- My use of the content meets the legal requirements for fair use or fair dealing under applicable copyright laws.
- The content is in the public domain or is not eligible for copyright protection.

Any YouTube expert can give me some advice about this?

Is it a valid claim? LOL I highly doubt it now. I believe Starmedia Distribution is a Media Company in Malaysia and have signed up for the right of Content ID claim on YouTube, and they abused it by claiming Gwiyomi/Kiyomi belongs to them, am I right?

Loud hissing sound from laptop bottom

Loud hissing sound coming out from my laptop bottom (Dell Inspiron 1520). The sound is pretty noticeable especially in quiet room and almost drive me crazy.

Could it caused by graphic card driver? If not mistaken last time I read from somewhere that the latest graphic card driver for my laptop (Nvidia Geforce 8600M GT) could cause excessive sound in some cases...
My graphic card driver version is 9.18.13.697, driver date 2/10/2012.

My laptop went for GPU chipset repair/replacement too last monthafter GPU chipset repair/replacement last month(detail in this thread). Or could it be hardware problem? They provide 3 months warranty so I still can send it back if anything goes wrong..

Retinal detachment

Last night, I suspect my left eye had early symptom of retinal detachment, which is "flashes of light (photopsia) – very brief in the extreme peripheral (outside of center) part of vision" - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retinal_detachment
which make me hardly focus on anything and everything become blur...comes with headache and slight dizziness too. (I am a heavy computer user, spent most of my time in front of computer except sleeping, I just turned 27 years old this year)

But after sleep for a night, there is no more such condition. My eyesight is back to normal now. I had intralasik for both of my eyes around 3 years ago at Optimax, I used to be a short-sighted patient (-9.0/10.0). Could it be a compilation of post lasik surgery?

My question is where is the best place to get thorough medical check for retinal detachment? Is the procedure too complex for typical private eye specialist? Or do I need to go back to my lasik surgeon for the better diagnose? (I need to take a flight to KL if this is a better option). The biggest problem now is there is no good eye specialist in my local...except a professor from Kuching which only visit to my city periodically.

i want to sell something on ebay international, which courier service is the most reliable to worldwide shipment(air parcel)? as i know poslaju will use third party courier service after reaching other country, will it cause any problem in item tracking after reaching the destination country? or any other good worldwide courier service recommended?(GDex/ABX?)

around how much will be the courier rate for a parcel of 250mm x 220mm x 100mm, around 1kg? expected delivery time within 2 weeks (worldwide)

the item cost around rm500, do i need to buy insurance for it? how much will the insurance cost?

so we already know blizzard is delaying RMAH payment recently and how about everyone share their status here...whether received money or not after 18/12/2012 maintenance...(do share if u still receive payments as usual, 1-2 days after sale)

Serious problem with my laptop, what is wrong?!?

My 5 years old Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop just went wrong yesterday, after the power supply "pin" was accidentally removed by a little from the laptop back, screen went dark and i thought it was shutted down, but when i fully plug back the power supply "pin" back of the laptop, the screen just went back to windows and shows previously what it is, everything is ok until few minutes later, the laptop went terribly wrong, the words/pixel just messed up, restarted and couldn't get into windows anymore...

tried windows repair but it say couldn't be fixed, so i think it was hardware damaged?

any idea what is wrong with my laptop? Sorry for the poor quality videos and english

my laptop have not encountered this before, but the power supply "pin" back of the laptop were accidentally removed for many times before, the laptop was shut down everytime but there is no problem when i start it again

i was running microsoft security essential on the laptop, and recently i downloaded the new advanced system care 6 too, not sure if the asc6 will cause any hardware damage but i have use it for a long time already, frequent scan/sweep for my laptop using it

problem fixed by technician, it is graphic card chipset failure, repaired for RM380 (yes expensive )
