Terms & Conditions:
1. The voucher is only valid for use on or before the date stated over-page for redemption of AirAsia sears by the person named ("Holder") over page, AirAsia may require proof of identity of the holder but nothing herein obliges AirAsia under any circumstances to enquire, ascertain or investigate the identity of any person.
2. The Holder does not need to be a passenger of any seat redeemed.
3. Each seats shall be for the sector stated over-page. Requests to change sector will not be entertained.
4. This voucher can only be used one. Any set and /or sector not redeemed within the validity period of the voucher shall be deemed surrendered.
5. AirAsia is not responsible for and will not replace this voucher if lost, stolen or damaged.
6. All bookings of seats are subject to availability but this voucher shall not be used to redeem sears on flight during weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays at anytime. "Weekend" refers to Fridays and Saturdays.
7. Booking of sears is only accepted on delivery to AirAsia with the production of the original voucher.
8. Before making any booking for seats, the Holder shall inform that this voucher will be used to redeem the booked seats.
9. This voucher can only be used for seats booked through AirAsia's sales offices or airport sales counters.
10. This voucher cannot be used for seats booked through www.airasia.com, call centre or travel agents.
11. By making booking, the Holder and the passenger are deemed to have agreed to the terms & conditions of this voucher and AirAsia's Terms & Conditions of Carriage available at www.airasia.com.
12. All airport tax, insurance and other surcharges and administration fee to be paid to AirAsia for the seats must be paid for in cash or by credit card at time of the booking of seas, The passengers are solely responsible for the payment of all airport taxes, insurances and other surcharges and administration fees.
13. AirAsia is entitled to change any sector by written notification to the Holder, who is deemed notified at the time of sent notification.
14. AirAsia reserved all rights to amend any terms and conditions and details of this voucher (including the right to cancel this voucher) at any time.
