SE X1 - Safe to buy AP?

Hi! Have a decision to make regarding buying an AP SE X1 hence would like to refer to all the sifus here.

I cant afford the original and am considering the AP set, my questions are:

1) Is the set essentially the same between AP and Ori?
2) Would there be any additional problems for the AP set as opposed to Ori?
3) I heard of warranty claim issues with AP sets, how true is this?
3) Are there preferred AP distributors that are "trustable"?
4) Are there any dealers in LYN that are recommended?

FYI - The AP set is going for about RM1400 while the Ori is RM 1800.
