Hi anyone, can please share or recommend any workshop located in Kota kinabalu Sabah which experienced dealing with honda car, especially those electronic part or sensor things..

i not confidence with honda service center as their only can do ordinary car service and change lubricant oil only..

anyone pls share how to transfer data such as music , video, etc to galaxy tab10.1? any software needed?..i tried direct plug usb but nothing come out from my pc directory??

roof leaking

recently i booked a new terrece house from developer, now in the process for S&P and loan. a week ago i went back to the house i see aroound again, i found the plaster ceiling at staircase there ( top on it is roof) have a hole with abit water mark which i think it is coursed by roof leaking. the next day i informed the devoloper about the issue and they promise to follow up. but wat i scared is that they are only going to seal the plaster part but not solve the leaking issue. for plaster ceiling to broke a hole like that i think it take 3-4 month time to happen. so if now they claim they already solve the problem and i already paid my money to them after 3-4 month later the leaking appear again, what can i do......

any law to protect us for this case

terminate rental agreement due to delay of paying

hi all,

currently i have 1 unit of shop lot rented to a bad tenant, he keep delaying paying my rental, his business of there not the kind cant affort to pay rental, he delay me 3 month of rental and pay 1 month or 2 month to then delayme 2-3 month again. as i am oustation from that area so i cant keep going to shop looking him and always called him but not answer.

currently i wish to take back the shop and terminate the rental agreement, the agreement was draf by the tenant hisself , not by lawyer futher more not sent for stamping. the main term just stated i rent my unit at XXX adress to him for 3 yr with RMxxx only.

can i now stop to rent to him. if yes, what should i do. i plan to give him a notice for asking him out, but if he keep laying there what can i do.

need advise from all of you
