Hello,

First time house buyer here.

Just want to ask about the payment waived under the first scheme home.

i recently acquired a RM245,000 property, apartment..2nd hand unit.

Here's the list that I have been notified to pay :-

SPA Legal Fees - RM11,879
Stamp Duty - waived
Evaluation Fees - RM1,100 (estimate)
Deposit 10% - RM24,500.

The question is, do i need to pay the fees? i thought its cover under the first scheme thing.

extra info,

Applied for RM290,000 loan from Public Bank Islamic. Rate is 3.80%. Quite high because apartment is not under strata title.

I just korek2 my old stuff in the garage and found my 'backup pc'

case is fakap, no front cover. buang habuk and all

tried to turn on and it still boots up. haha. CMOS bat memang out. need to replace.

the spec is this:-

GPU R9 270x 2gb
6gb ddr3 ram (mix and match 2 and 4gb lol) value ram
1TB HDD

idk what to do with this piece. should i refurbish it buat cantik2 and use it (IDK what to do)

im having a cold + sore throat right now.
the problem is, my right ear wont equalize. now pekak...

im having a flight to kuching tomorrow evening..
what can i do?

i know i will feel the pain when departing / landing..i kena once..so painful

i need help..is there any medicine that can help me unblock / equalize my ear?

i tried several things like a diver would do to equalize but to no avail.

Hello!

My PC crashed mid-game and the screen freezes.
Can be turned back on, the fan spinning for 1 sec, then stops, then resumes.
But no display at all.
Tested graphics card with another rig - works fine
Tested PSU with another rig - works fine
Tested on board graphic - no display
Tested spare graphic card with the rig - no display

additional info,
got one beep, but no display
taken out all RAM, continuous beep
tested RAM stick 1 by 1, total 2 sticks - no display
tried clearing the CMOS by taken out the battery and wait for 30 minutes - nothing
the only thing i could not test / swap is the mobo, proc, and RAM.

My Spec -
intel i-5 5600
GTX 1060
motherboard - H110MH Pro D4
PSU - Cougar 550w
RAM - 2x 8gb DDR4 RAM
Monitor - Predator XB2 - connected using display port cable

any other things i can try?

i already pre-ordered RTX 2080 and new 650w PSU..lol
