asterisk server need help please...

currently i setup an asterisk server. with tdm400 card (2fxo & 2fxs)
manage to call / receive call thru pstn (telekom)
i have problem with hangup signal.

one ip phone with extension => 101 register to asterisk
one telekom telekom line (5512xxxx) in fxo port 1.
one handphone 01x-xxxxxxx (digi/maxis/celcom) [tried also using other pstn line]

1) 101 call 01x-xxxxxxx and pickup then either one hangup first = no problem
2) 01x-xxxxxxx call 5512xxxx wil route to 101 and pick up
=>if 01x-xxxxxxx hang up first then 101 will get busy tone and hang up = no problem
=>if 101 hangup first then 01x-xxxxxxx wil not hang up and get echo = sifu out there please help..

dahdi conf used

and also tried changing the
loopstart, kewlstart and groundstart signal .. but stil no luck...

seller said in one month got problem i can 1to1 exchange..

i run memtest64+ and i found out dimm 2 and 4 getting errors... and for dimm 1 and 3 no error at all..
i guess my 2*KVR DDR3 1333 not faulty.

when i pluck any ram in dimm 1 or 3 in memtest the setting show "RAM: 666Mhz (DDR1333) / CAS 9-9-9--24 / DDR3 64 Bits"
but
when i pluck in dimm 2 or 4 show "RAM: 200Mhz (DDR400) / CAS 9-9-9-24 / DDR3 64 bits"

is my board faulty or just the setting?

Need sifu out there please come in...

hiiii.. im having hard time testing my comp stablality. i suspect my ram is faulty. so i test it one by one.. ok let me list down my spec

amd 720 BE
MS 770-C45
SAPPHIRE HD 4770
460W CM ExtremePower
DDR3 KVR 2GB*2
500GB WD

ok my test result using prime95 blend it .. prime95 without OC..

1 - RAM A + B [FATAL ERROR: Rounding was....]

2 - RAM A in slot 1 [11 Hours no error]
3 - RAM B in slot 1 [in 5 mins core 2 and 3 get FATAL ERROR: Rounding was....]

4 - RAM A in slot 2 [8 Hours no error]
5 - RAM B in slot 2[2 Hours core 3 FATAL ERROR and 6 Hours core 2 FATAL ERROR]

6 - RAM A in slot 3 [8 Hours no error]
7 - RAM B in slot 3 [10 Hours no error]

8 - RAM A in slot 4 [No tested yet]
9 - RAM B in slot 4 [in 5 mins core 2 and 3 FATAL ERROR and 9 mins core 1 FATAL ERROR]

so sifu out there is my ram B faulty?? or others?? should i test with memtest? or any other good software to test my hardware?

not a gamer but sometime will play game.. urm example game Need for Speed: Shift (2009).
able to on 24hours in 3/4days.
monitor, speaker, mouse, keyboard got already.
just need d cpu.. my old one rosak de. got 2*80gb hdd(IDE) and i also need another new sata HDD.

only sometime play game.. average GPU will do. and can on for 24hours for 3-5days a week.
