First occurence of problem: after i afk to go to toilet

Problem description:

anyone that can help me much appreciated, dis occurred just after i finish my business in toilet juz only 10min, b4 dat my bband still connected n while im surfing d net..after i go out n sit infront of my pc...i was disconnected, thought it was usual prob cuz b4 dis sometimes my bband keep disconnected..but when i try to connect it again it says dat "no device detected"...so i unplug d usb bband n plug it again, so dis where my prob occurs my bband keep blinking in green n no autorun as usual...

troubleshooting tried
1. restart my pc
2. uninstall celcom broadband manager
3. try at other pc

anyone can clarify me...it broken or got any solution?
weird though if it broken cuz i left my pc connected only juz about 10min top..

Problem details
tried to insert USB modem to my pc...hear the usb inserted sound but nothing happen. click on join air to connect to internet...it says no device detected. just yesterday it working fine..today not working...anyone can show me how to solve my problem?...im convince that this usb modem still function cuz of when im plug it through usb..it still give me sound..but juz nothing happen.

can i reflash my modem firmware?..how?
