Hi mod/staff, friend has a account unable to log in, giving "Sorry, the password was wrong. All passwords are case sensitive". She sure the account password is correct, anyhow, had reset password but no receive email after 2hours.

My pc stuck in Verifying dmi pool data while starting windows 7.
I didn't update any in last shutdown, I have load optimal default bios setting, plug unplug HDD and CDROM, unplug CDROM and restart... Still no luck.

Any advices?

Hi.. after i placed an order for Dell Inspiron 13" only i noticed it shipped with Windows 7 64bits instead of 32bits.

My laptop only come with 2G ram, will it slow down my pc performance using 64bits in 2G ram? Is it means, all the software/drivers i need to download in future have to in 64bits?
