Hi there I am a Freelance Will Writer.
I have been Writing Wills for Two (2) years now.
I believe a Will should not be expensive and a Will should not also be from a cut and paste template.
For a cost of RM 250 I will draft a Will for you and provide Two(2) witness should you not have your own.
My fee includes transport to deliver the will/ providing witnesses/ printing & stationary cost.
I do not provide Will custody. Keeping your Will at home is good enough.

Choose a guardian to take care of your children in the event of tragedy;

Here are some facts for you:-

A Will does not have to be stamped;
A Will can be drafted or created by anyone;
Should you leave the world without a Will in Malaysia. The Distribution Act 1958 will kick in to distribute your assets; and
For a Will to be valid you must be :-
Be at least 18 years old;
Be of sound mind;
Have your will in writing;
Have signed your will; and
Have your signing witnessed by at least 2 witnesses who will then sign in your presence and in the presence of each other.
