[WTA] Developer Late Payment Interest

Hi Guys,

I've bought a brand new house and it has already been completed since 3 months ago.

Issue was that i was charged more than RM5k of interests for late progress payment. After first appeal letter, the developer gave discount of RM2k (due to their slowness in getting the land owner name being changed), still felt that the interest charges are still high.

Spoke to the person who was in charge of collecting the money from developer side, she mentioned that the issue was with either the bank / bank's lawyer firm who was late in doing the necessary paperwork for the money to be released.

Understand that this issue might have been discussed many times before. Can anyone advise on how to move forward? RM3k i can use to at least get security grill install for my house
