Is it hard to claim warranty as second hand user?

Hi guys,

I just experienced a case where i bought a 2 month old gaming mouse and have been using it for another 2 months. Then i got curious and asked the seller about warranty protocol. However, when i used my Shopee account to ask the seller, he asked me to use the original account that was used to buy the item to contact him. I panicked and said that i was actually a second hand user. Later on, the seller said "sorry, we can't provide a warranty for a mouse that has had 2 trades because we can't confirm if it has experienced human damage." If i want to claim the warranty, i have to ask the buyer to do it.

The thing is i do have a digital receipt and S/N, i even stated the order ID. Did i make a mistake in telling him that im a second hand user? I literally just bought a few day old gaming mouse and the seller gave me a physical receipt. How can i avoid this situation from happening again, if i really have to claim the warranty?

Hello, i am a college student and i wonder does the rapidpass for student works for college student? Becoz i heard some ppl say its only for primary and secondary student On the other hand , all i need to do is go to pasar seni and pay rm100 for 30 days unlimited use? Is this worth it if i keep on pay rm5 each day to travel from one place to another (go and come back).

I can take Lrt from tmn bahagia to any station as long as its not very far away and then i intend to take rapidkl bus or whatever bus to IOI? Can anyone tell me which BUS can go from lrt station to IOI??

Recently , i upgraded my streamyx speed from 1mbps to 2mbps.Initially the speed was quite satisfying but the thing that has bothered me is it always disconnect. Maybe is regarding the new modem that streamyx gave me (which cost rm88 for the installing price). After and after, the disconnect problem has became more frequent and now even the speed from hotfile (usually 200kb/s) has became 70kb/s, i'm not sure if streamyx has throttled them but my speed from all filehosting is just between 70kb/s , it wont increase and drop.

BTW, i have perform a speed test and they gave me 2mb/s which is normal.

and again, this morning i cant connect to the internet until 12pm, it just works but dc problem became very frequent.

UPGRADING FROM 1mbps to 2mbps is the beginning of my nightmare...

help! streamyx wireless modem often disconnect.

Recently , i upgraded my streamyx from 1 mbps to 2mbps and i got a free wireless riger modem from streamyx. Maybe the modem is necessary for the 2mbps speed to work great but i often experienced the disconnect problem which is so annoying. It had been interrupted my gaming progress such as dota , or downloading. Before that, i also experienced the disconnect problem , but it will not affects whatever i'm progressing. Such as , i wont disconnect fom dota, disconnect from downloads and sign out from msn, but i will not be able to browse web anymore that is very much disturbed me to off and on my modem.
