Need advices on career prospect

Dear everyone,

I am in dilemma on which career path to choose

1. NUS Master of Computing(Infocomm security) (received offer letter today)
2. NTU-TUM Master of Integrated circuit Design (not yet)

I am interested in IT security and IC design. Given my background in comp eng, I am glad to expose to these 2 areas and finally know where my interest lies in.

I would like to ask about the career prospects of both master as well.

It is almost impossible for me to work in IT security with the public sector because they strictly wanted Singaporeans. I can only go to private sector for job opportunities in IT security.

I heard that IC design prospect is quite limited. there aren't much IC design coy in Singapore. May I ask what coy usually hires IC Design Engineer?

Thanks a lot for reading this.
