Item being sold/bought: Razer Kraken 7.1 Headset USB

Date of transaction: 18 January 2015

Details of the complaint :

1. Contacted him through PM on Jan 16 asking for the best price of the headset. He replied RM200 inclusive of postage to PJ. I've agreed to purchase.

2. I've paid for the headset on 18 Jan through M2U. (Can refer the screenshot below for the transaction)

3. He replied payment received on the same day. I gave him the delivery address in my next reply to him. (Refer screenshot below)

4. 8 days later (26 Jan 2015) he sent me some grandmother story saying that he was out of town, brother forget to post, bla bla bla. (Refer screenshot below). This SMS was the last I've heard from him.

5. I've called, SMS, PM, but all to no avail. His last login date was also on Jan 18. He does not have Whatsapp, so have to communicate through SMS/PM only.

So yeah, that's the main reason I've raised a dispute here. Hope anyone of you guys can help me. I know based on his reputation, he looks good, but I'm a victim here.

I'm using Asus P5N-D 750i rite now and thinking of getting the Asus Maximus Formula X38. Does this mean i'm upgrading the mobo or downgrading? i really have no idea on the 750i or X38.. can u guys give me some opinion on this please.
