Basically this is to get me back in track. To explain more about &quot;back in track&quot; part, i would need to explain a little about my career path.<br /><br />Programmer(3 years) -&gt; Senior Programmer(1 year) -&gt; Project Manager(2 year)<br /><br />Above is my career life cycle in short. I had a giant leap from senior programmer to project manager skipping few roles in between in a new start up software firm. Sadly the new start up software firm is going to shut down due to financial constrain. So basically i would need to look for new job soon. <br /><br />The problem is i have this feeling that the new start up company did not give me much experience in a &quot;standard way&quot;, since its a new company everything was experimental, it was a good experience but not sure whether it would fit nicely in a resume.
