hi guys.

currently i'm reading a lot about property investment, but i have one thing that really confusing me.

almost all the book i've read giving the impression that we can buy real estate over and over as long as we have a deal and deposit for it, my question is it really so won't the bank look at your credit etc, what baffles me more is some of this writer claiming that they are just simple makan gaji people with puny credit.

hi..

last few month my pc is acting strange...it will never boot up directly via start button...instead if you press start button all mobo/gpu led will light up butno boot up...i have to press the psu on/off switch few times then it will boot up.

and today the psu switch trick dun work anymore...

setup..

-AMD phenom II 965 B
-asus 990fx sabertooth
-seasonic 660x gold

what you guys thing the problem?

i'm planning to buy my 1st DSLR...nothing serious, just trying new thing and be ready for my 'coming soon' daughter ..i never had decent camera before.

got friend offering me, canon eos500D(2011)free bag,8gb sd card,battery 2 pc,shutter release cable,battery grip for rm1000.

1-currently searching for a cheap ddr3 ram [Amd system]..so will it have any different performance wise between single stick 4gb ram VS normal dual stick 2x2gb ram.
2-will ram holding proc potential in overclocked AMD system?

currently my pc are too close to my bed..and i always keep it on 24/7...and its quite noisy in the middle of the night...

i have this idea of putting my cpu(noise source) little bit far away from my desk/monitor(near my bed)...or maybe in another room if possible..

so i'm wondering about cables management..seems too 'short' lol ..longer cables might be trickier to find..oh well! i dont really know actually

Why Do my pc suffer short term memory lost?

salam and hi all..

i got this one old celeron..just replaced a new mobo and finished installing all the the driver..and after a few restart i've noticed couple a weird things happen,

-time and date will be all messed up, everytime i restarted the pc..
-currently using al-cheapo ess allegro sound card and set it up as default sound device..everytime i restarted, default sound device will revert back to default mobo onboard sound..

so i have to set up the time and sound everytime i start the pc..

So i can't find any fix on google..u guys are my last hope

my connection randomly disconnected, and when that happen my task manager and browser will freeze, but the pc is not crash.
unplug and replug seems to be a quick fix.

no idea wat might be wrong bcoz this prob only happen to my pc..and not the other one connected into the same modem.

very annoying.. messed up all my downloads...

Hardware.FR benchmarked 131 Processor and report the finding, this is huge and very helpful, but it's in french , skrew that coz they makes graph anyway

Hi guys..

Currently building AMD mid end gaming rig..budget are tight and have to buy part one by one.

So the spec so far..

Phenom II X3 720 BE
Gigabyte MA-770T-UD3P

1. So what's the best ddr3 ram/speed for 3.6- (hopefully) 4.0ghz oc.
2. best value 22" - 24" monitor.

and need advise also what spec to look when choosing these 2 hardware.
