noob question,sifu pls answer

Hi Sifu's,

Need to ask a few questions to get things clear.

When i sign the letter of offer, i do need to look at the S&P 1st right?

Then in the letter of offer, i do need to list down what is included in the purchase such as the apartment, the tenancy agreement and also all the list of furnitures included right? Also to include a clause the purchase is subject to loan approval right?

Any other things that i missed out? Taking caution measure . buying 1st property.

AMD Phenom 9550
ASUS M3A motherboard
2gb ddr2 800mhz kingston value ram
Asus en9600gt
320gb western digital hard disk
asus lightscribe dvd

i am using my motherboard's on board sound which is Realtek HD audio , also i am using windows XP
anyway, i am quite sure that my BSOD is caused by a driver called Realtek HD Audio...i tried to download the update and it coudlnt be installed..i downloaded it at realtek.com...i was just hoping that some1 can gimme a direct link to a reliable download and teaching me the proper way on how to fix this

i have a kingston pendrive data traveler 1 gb and i have no receipt..this pendrive was bought at thailand by my mum..is it possible to send rma here in malaysia ?

its not working at all..cant even detect and no lights are blinking from the pendrive ...thx again for ur help...

sory to ask a very stupid question but i do need 2 know..between 7300gt 8500gt 7600gt 8400gs ....what is the difference?which one is best? i need a low-mid end

range of gc for my secondary pc ... hopefully u guys can help me ...and is it possible to get any of the items above at around rm100 ?

i am using BENQ FP92w with ASUS en9600gt..and here's the problem...

when i use analog cable:

i set the resolution to 1440X900 with 75 refresh rate and there is no problem at all

when i change to DVI cable:

i set the resolution to 1440X900 with 75 refresh rate and there is this tiny dots on my screen and its kinda annoying...i dun tink it is dead pixels as it is flickering...

anyone knows on how can i fix the problem? pls help me...ty
