Laptop can't start up the window xp

Hai, i got a problem here.
My laptop, Clevo M360c Series, can't get into window xp and everytime will get restarted all over again for many times without fail, what should i do with it?

And oh ya, before that i used the 360 software from china 1. Then it requested to restart, and i did. till now i can't get into window xp at all.

Anyone who can help me with this?

Engine stoped and jerk alot after use Primax

Have anyone experienced this before?
I've been asked by my mechanic to try Petronas petrol, then i try it out.
Few times i pump in Petronas fuel, my car jerk a lot right after drive a while away from the petrol station.

Then got one day drove from 1Utama, engine suddenly stoped at Feredal highway, then went all the way to Shell petrol station and fill in the fuel even though still got one bar of fuel left in my engine. Only after that then my car can move again(luckily).

Few times engine also did stopped, but not as serious as the

I can confirm that is Petronas fuel problem because right after i change back to Shell petrol, no problem at all for my car.

Btw, my car is very old one. Daihatsu Charade 1981 1.3(M) 16V.

Need Help From Sifu Out There

I've been in frustratation for the past few days.

My computer can't connect to the net, but the strange thing is everything seems like normal.

My housemates can connect smoothly,no problem.

Last month the problem also exist, after reformated also the same problem occur.

Then my friend suggest me to download the WinArp Monitor, the it state out error in GetIpNetTable.

Please, any one can save me from this agony of frustration and irritation for not being able to connect to the net.
