Salary vs. Experience

Hi just to share with /k this was a compilation of 200 resumes (i could've included maore) in which i collated for a project when I was working for a korean government agency. Its a scatter plot on Salary earned based on no. of experience - without factoring in education, previous work experience and industry.

Just want to ask /k's opinion on whether the scatter plot's data is valid / logical / within the bounds of what you earn.

GMAT Study Group

Hi there.

I'd like to form a GMAT study (or support) group. I intend on taking the exam somewhere in the last quarter of 2013.

As of the moment, I have a fulltime job, teach english on a part time basis (monday and tuesdays 6pm to 7.30pm and saturdays 10am to 5pm), and run other things such as help my brother's business by finding new opportunities and network extensively. I plan on taking things slow (maybe once or twice a week?), or it could be more than that depending on the response I get from this thread.

I've done some light reading and practice sets (and was actually quite surprised about how much I've forgotten about academic stuff - particularly maths) and I can see that with my current hectic schedule I would need a bit more time to prepare.

So just a quick show of hands - anyone want in?

I think this would be a good opportunity to network as well since 50% of MBA courses are about networking, why not start now?
