Diperintah Hadir ke Mahkamah JLN Duta

i got letter that i need to come to Mahkamah Majistret JLN Duta. got case with JPJ.

story:
got this kancil with my name. my mom use before. then she bought new car.

her friend got car problem. so she give her friend use that kancil.

somehow her friend use till road tax expired then kena saman with JPJ.

now i got letter to come to mahkamah. anyone got experience? should i get a lawyer?

no money now. can i go alone bela diri? halp!

yes. prepare more cash just in case. also prepare whatever document for your appeal e.g. medical bills, company retrenchment letter if kena retrench recently, whatever you think that's suitable to fight for lower summon. my 2 cents, once you go to the judge for your appeal, don't wait for judge to ask you why should he lower down the summon. straight tembak everything out and beg him if you need to, just don't be pushy. no point being ego in front of the judge.

last friday i go their pemilihan rumah. for family house their starting price is RM350k. "mampu milik"

expect it because already read comment on facebook people complaint bout their price.
