To buy Lenovo G480

Hey all!

I've made a few calls and apparently there's a shop in LYP offering the Lenovo G480 for only RM1499 while a few others are offering for about RM1999. Is the price too good to believe?

By the way the laptop to be obtained have the same specs - i5 processor with the Nvidia graphic card.

Hey guys! If I were to get a pc, specifically using it mostly for 3d rendering, autocad, 3d max n stuff like that, will getting a Quadro graphic card more recommended than others? And whats the price range will that be? thanks!

I would need it to perform well(without any hang ..minor lag its okay) as I will be using it for 3D modelling like 3D max and Autocad. However, its been sometime since I kept up with the tech stuffs, and now would need some advice on the deskop specs my budget is possibly around RM2000~3000 thanks!

Dell Studio 15 or BenQ Joybook R47-LE02

Hey there! i was thinking of buying a new laptop, since i'll be entering college soon and it'll b easier to carry around. I play decent games like, DOTA, L4D, CS, etc. Nothing really that heavy.

Im planning to do an engineering course, and i was advised to get a decent graphic card to be able to support programs like AUTOCAD and PRO-E(these programs are part of the engineering course). I heard Intel graphics aint ..that good. So, i thought of going with nVidia/ATI graphics with an Intel processor.

My budget is of below RM3,000. Preferably, below RM2,500.

So, i was looking around, and i found these two laptops, Dell Studio 15 and BenQ Joybook R47-LE02.

These are the specs of the laptops:

Dell Studio 15
Processor: Intel Centrino Processor Technology - Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T6400 (2GHz)
Memory: 2GB Dual-Channel DDR2 SDRAM
Hard Drive: 320GB Hard Drive
Graphic Card: 512MB ATI Radeon HD4570
Price: RM2799

BenQ Joybook R47-LE02
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo P8400
Memory: 2GB DDR2 667MHz RAM
Hard Drive: 320GB
Graphic Card: nVidia GeFore 9300M GS
Price: RM2399

I would need advise on which I should go for. Any further information that can be provided about these two laptops are most certainly appreciated!

If you have any other recommendations for me, please state I will certainly be most glad. Thanks!! =D
