IS THERE ANYTHING OUT THERE BETTER THAN THE ASUS LYRA OR ANY OTHER MESH NETWORK...? Short of pulling LAN cables...?

I live in a triple storey link houses that’s below 2500sqft, but I have trouble getting wifi signal on top most floor. If the 3-node Asus Lyra can’t make the cut, I seriously don’t know what else can, since most mesh network out there are only 2 nodes...

And no, I don’t wanna pull cables...!

Suggestions please...!

Water Pump running continuously, is it normal...?

Hi Guys,

I've got a developer-supplied water pressure system modeled Grundfos CM-PT installed on a 3-storey link house. Just moved in, it was working fine for a month, and now the pump runs continuously without stopping. Sometimes the low rumbling sound also accompanied by groaning sound. There's a switch that I used to turned it on 24/7, but now due to the incessant sounds from the pump, I had to turn it off whenever water is not used.

Is it normal for a water pump to run continuously...? Previously it only runs intermittently when water is used especially on top floors.

Alternatives to Unifi router weak signal

Just got Unifi Lite on TP-Link AC1200 router on my 3-storey terrace. Because my house came with built-in fibre cable, the terminal located at the very front of the house, so the 2nd flr master bedroom and 1st flr back rooms, signal is weak to none due to multiple walls. So I'm looking for the following options:

1. Replace with a router with stronger wifi signal
2. Add a range extender.

Any good routers to recommend for these 2 options...?

Currently owns 32GB iPhone 4 running iOS 6.1.3... Mostly used for phone, internet, messaging, lite games, and a huge portable and in-car music library (even 32GB ain't enough, and this is the reason that is keeping me from upgrading to a slow iOS 7)

iPhone 4 is already a good 4 years of use, it's time for an upgrade, but not sure if I should get another iPhone of high capacity as I find it not worth 3 grand just for music alone. iPod touch will be good for portability while keeping my iPhone 4 for phone and internet. Unfortunately the hardware is too slow for iOS 8. iPads - big screen, big storage, but too big for everything else.

So in summary:

iPod touch 64GB
PROS: dedicated all to music alone, portable enough to be thrown around in car
CONS: super outdated, too slow for iOS 8

iPhone 6/6+
PROS: all-in-one device
CONS: super-expensive for just a music player

iPad 128GB
PROS: Plenty of storage space
CONS: too big to lug around, especially for in-car music, and battery too big for car built-in charger

iPod classic would have solved my problem without fuss, but unfortunately it has been discontinued.

Any advice will be appreciated. What are my options...?

Selling car to 2nd-hand car dealer

Planning to sell my car for 60k to a 2nd hand car dealer, recommended by a trustworthy car salesman. I've dealt with the same car dealer for my last 2 cars, but this time around he mentioned something about a protective term meant for his part. This informal term goes by a full refund from my end in the event JPJ/Puspakom rejects any ownership transferral upon any discrepancies found in the engine or chassis number.

The last time this car goes thru Puspakom inspection without a hitch was back in late 2009. While I'm pretty convince nothing major is going to happen, but shit does happen.

Because car dealers nowadays don't perform any ownership transferral until they find prospective buyers to prevent further value depreciation, but then again anything can happen to the car in between that period i.e. chassis tampering, altering for car information, and all that jazz.

Is this a norm for car dealers with that kinda terms when dealing with that kinda amount...? Or is there something fishy going on...?
