Super Dimension Game Neptune for the PS3 has a very interesting concept.
It's a game based on the game industry.

For those who don't know about this game yet. The basic concept of the game is an RPG where the main characters are moe versions of video game consoles (console-tans).
The game is developed by Compile Heart and is being published by Sega. The game is expected to have a summer release in Japan this year.

The game takes place in a world called Geimugyokai (Game industry), and the world is split into 4 sections each ruled by a goddess

SDGN, or Neptune for short is a PS3 exclusive RPG being released in Japan this summer (2010). The general basis of the game comprises around personification of the game industry, including the popular consoles at current time as well as japanese gaming corporations. It is being developed by Compile Heart and produced by Sega. The MC is Neptune, as she battles against the evil goddess Majicon (in reference to Nintendo DS flashcarts often used for pirating), along with three other girls. The game takes place in the world of the Gaming Industry.

Other features mentioned as of now includes:

* 3D battles
* Turn based fighting system (obvious from the screenshots)
* Interaction with the PS3 photo album for summoning things (or something of this sort, sounds interesting)

Neptune, has all the abilities of your usual game console, such as using discs to summon various aides, including ones that you can create using your own PS3 photo album ... customizing her looks or abilities with various parts (mods), and creating her own combos using a customizable skillset.

Oh also, fun fact: Their pupils are power on symbols

Purple Heart (Neptune)
Character of the game, despite many beliefs that she is a personified PC/XBOX1/PS1, she is in fact the Sega Neptune, an unreleased Sega console that was slated to appear around the same time as the Sega Saturn (keep in mind Sega is producing this game). She lives on the world of Planetune.

Black Heart (Playstation 3)
Personified version of the Playstation 3. She lives on the world of Raystation. Is apparently Neptune's rival.

Green Heart (Xbox 360)
Personified version of the Xbox 360. She lives on the world of Leanbox.

White Heart (Wii)
Personified version of the Wii. She lives on the world of Ruii.
