Auction property as first house

Hi All,

I am a newbie in property.

Did quite some research on auction prop and planned to get one for investment in view of their "attractive prices"
Though i understood the risk involved.

Am i going the right direction? Or should i go for new / subsale prop first?

I just afraid i might lose out some good benefit/opportunity as a first home buyer (ie on loan %, MOT / legal fees waiver etc)

Need some serious advises. Thanks

Wifi button greyed out

Out of sudden my 4s wifi button greyed out. Wifi Address (settings > general > about) displayed N/A. Had reboot

over and over again and finally i even restored my phone but problem still remains.

Anyone have similar experience? Appreciate any kind advice
